At the moment leveling is slow, that and champions are much weaker than fielding a trained unit in your army. If they were to remove the split xp for champ/sov and improve the XP curve I think it would be a step in the right direction.

the best thing they could do is turn spell casting staves into ranged weapons.
Swarm just gives defense reduction and an accuracy bonus to the attacking unit i think there should be a counter swarm effect when units are adjacent to one another, like a defense bonus to counteract swarms effect.
At the moment the weapon distribution in the game is fairly imbalanced. Most of the weapons that drop are swords, and the like. There is a lack of Axes, bows, and other weapons. I think the real problem is at the epic or deadly level loot. The only 'epic' weapon that isn't a sword is Curgen's Hammer. I'd suggest adding additional quests and/or additional items drops off 'bosses' such as Dilan and other "World Bosses". I think fleshing out the ga
Berserk is actually quite good right now. however the AI will sometimes not attack even when an AI is surrounded. The Ai controlling it needs to be far more aggressive (remember it's berserk)
At least from first impressions LH seems quite a lot of fun. I'll go back right after writing this post. Apart from the enjoyment, there were three issues I ran into: - Tarth's double strike ability is weird. It will either score two hits, two misses or two critical hits in a row, so it seems that it only makes one attack and deals the damage twice. I really think it should deal two ordinary attacks in a row that can hit or miss separately.<
I agree However i've noticed a few bugs. For starters magnar has masterwork chainmail armor. When champions die there is no notification of the injury. And thirdly when juggernaughts use cleave there is no animation for the attack. There are some things that could be improved on as far as the game in concerned and that is axes and their availability. Sarog's Axe (SP?) is the only end game axe that exists in the game and i've never seen it drop. I would consider adding at lea
For many in the medical field it's difficult to discuss physician assisted suicide. Surprisingly many doctors are very much against physician assisted suicide. I personally believe that each individual has the right to make that choice for themselves. When i speak to other professionals about this
I'd like to see more complex and difficult quests. And crazier more powerful loot. Quests with "Legendary" Difficulty.
(axes still backswing)Derek, in order for backswing to be an interesting ability instead of the half-baked, weird thing it is now, it must trigger independently for every soldier in a group that misses its first strike. Right now, it only triggers if the whole unit misses, which almost never happens with a 5 or 7-men unit. It's kind of an awkward ability.
Agreed.
Well at the very least it would help reduce the steam roller effect in the game. I agree city defenders certainly need to be overhauled.
BYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!
Warriors, and Defenders need some work. Warriors need more/better damage perks, Guardians simply are not very good.
CoE is awesome, game is ultimately unplayable on larger maps when you get Lords of corruption rolling (demonologist).
hopefully something is done about the Yithril racial, Berserk is terrible.
Fallen Enchantress is a great game, does it need work? Yes. I think Legendary Heroes is a step in the right direction and like many on this forum I eagerly await it's release.
Conquest of Elysium has hero permadeath i wouldn't mind a mode for it.
Quoting Dr Guy, reply 86 Quoting jackswift85, reply 77I think the argument is less "everyone should have a yacht" and more "the American businessmen who have yachts are not investing in their American employees or creating more American jobs". Probably for the same reason you mow your own lawn, instead of hiring a landscaping service to do it. When you penalize someone for doing something, they will sto
Swarm does seem a little overpowered now. All the things you mentioned such as the lack of information (tool tip) when it comes to the trait screen as well as world objects should be addressed. *It also looks like Kraxis doesn't have anything new yet. *Is the flame tongue ability a racial or unique to the hero? If it's a racial it's not very good. *Overall the graphics look much better than vanilla FE. Edit: while on the topic
actually mauls(or sledges if you have the great hammers trait) are more powerful, especially if your opponent fields armies with lots of chain armor (extra strong vs cutting). by the time they are in full plate, pikes are probably the best weapons anyway. Technically Verga has the best army possible. 9 Calvary units with great axes, impulsive trait from city and train them with charge trait absolutely insane.
Frogboy. you yourself have designed a good game before with Gal Civ 2, though tbh you did dud it up to the max with the original Elemental. As someone who was once a successful and competent game designer you should recognize brilliance when you see it and hand Soren the keys to the company .
Jesus Christ dude, that
Using the word "adjusting" instead of "raising" doesn't change a thing. Business owners have been very vocal that a forced wage raise will hurt their businesses, which are already hurting in this abysmal economy.
