Sorry if this has been asked already, but I'm having some trouble actually building a darkling camp. I'm a fallen faction (Umber), I've researched the "Reunion" tech under the "Cooperation" tree, and subsequently spawned a darkling camp inside of my city. And yet, I can't build it. When I hover my mouse over the darkling camp itself it says: "This Darkling Camp can be recruited. Cannot be used by our faction." When I click on the darkling camp, the build icon is grayed out and
