Ganss

This is what I noticed in my first beta 3 game. When I attack a group of trolls which includes a troll warrior, the troll warrior does not get any turns. It stands there and my units kill all other trolls and then whack it until it dies. When I attack a lone troll warrior, something weird happens. It is queued for its turn; but should I cast "Slow" on it, it immediately gets its turn and all icons on the left of the screen shows its potrait (

I have had it happen twice with the big world quest zones, clearing all mobs including the big bad boss does not allow outposts to be built as the zone still belongs to the monsters - because I reloaded. Once with the big ugly green swamp monster, and once with the ice monster (sorry, cannot recall their names :P ). Went to quest site to retrieve staff, killed two ignys (spelling?) and won the encounter but no staff picked up. Right now no way to finish quest.
