By the way, you do have a choice on whether or not Steam runs on your computer. You make that cho

I haven't played it since it's PC release went final. I did however play 15 or 20 hours during the PC beta and there were no glaring bugs even then. It's strengths are that it does a fantastic job capturing that "scavenger based life" you would expect in a post-apocalyptic world. It has a great balance of allowing you to work towards big goals (upgrading your home, building up enough supply to take over a new, bigger and better home, etc) while also throw

I've just gotten too used to a smaller tablet. I can't go back to the bigger size. I don't know if the lighter frame would help. It's more about size the weight for me. Glad to hear you're liking it though.

The best is probably a well informed and active citizenry. Unfortunately we don't have that in the US. We

I'd obviously already ruled the first-best one...[about banning cars too cos they can kill] but slap me down for being complacent and forgetting the 'imminent daughter-rape' one. What worries me, however is WTF didn't its author/authors spell it out absolutely clearly thus preventing ANYONE from agenda-inspired interpretation at some later date? Not trying to make it a liberal/conservative thing. It's unfortunate the original article dovetailed into politics. I would rather socialize than privatize health care if it comes to that. Hospital costs are outrageous and the insurance companies just pass it on. That's what's not working. Corporations don't make the rules. They are using their influence to fill a gap in oversight of the government left by citizens. Ultimately, in the United States at least, citizens are responsible for the rules by which we live. If the system is corrupted and broken it's the citizenry's fault for not paying enough attention and for not holding their representatives accountable. People would rather spend their life on Facebook and tweeting and drink

If someone does something to benefit themselves knowingly that it will be at the expense of others then they're buttheads. It's not like racing, if you lose you can always race tomorrow. Those that lost their life savings may not have a tomorrow. Screwing people over shouldn't be trivialized.[/q
