Some parts of this is a bit unclear to me. If they are guilty by intent meaning that they new and did nothing about it, that means a lot of other people are guilty as well because we all know it's happening and nobody is doing anything about it. The graphic as to be nice. It's like when I look at my girlfriend, I know she is very intelligent but on top of it she's really nice to look at which makes her a lot more appealing. The game is similar. I could play it but if it,s nice on top of it, man the game will be a lot more fun!

I'm in Quebec Canada and here my service provider is Videotron and since they've had Braodband they've had caps. I pay 30$ a month for 20 gig. I can get unlimited but it's like 60$ a month. So no big surprise for me I'm already used to it. one good point though to this system is that my quality of my internet connection is garanteed. My connection is A1 all the time. Hope you guys won't get hammered to much.
