Thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately I changed internet provider from "att.net" to "sbc.net" since I first registered. Therefore, sending something to the address that I used when I purchased the game, will be returned as account closed.

Got a problem: Purchased the Deluxe edition last year (March?). My disk crashed. Reinstalled on my replacement disk. Tried to update, but keep getting error message that I am using the wrong serial number. From you posting, apparently I am suppose to a unique number for the Deluxe Edition, rather than the one on the jewel box. My problem is that I kept the original disks in the original jewel box, and the manual. I apparently discarded the documentation with the unique number. Am I out of luck?<
