I searched both user data and system files for FE LH and failed to find a single file named hiergamenon this is a problem since this means the hiergamenon is created on the fly as needed I installed some mods that did not work and then deleted them (removed files the zip file of the mod added to the game) but the hiergamenon does NOT update. restarting the game or using Steam to verify the files also does NOT work I uninstalled the Dogs of War mod but the spell

I tried to solve the dogs of war bug . with mods OFF kennel master (the custom ruler trait that unlocks the dogs of war spell) is not a pick for a custom ruler I loaded my first mod (NOT the dogs of war mod) and mysteriously with mods ON the kennel master shows up as a custom ruler trait that can be picked. 1) cannot select a hero (champion) and then pick the spell for them to cast on the world map, instead you cast the spell with the knowledge of which heroes have learned the spell in the case of cloudwalk spell only 2 or 3 choices are given in the pick list even if more then 3 heroes know the spell. this means for my current game I can only teleport armies one or two since the heroes which know the spell in armies three or four are NEVER on the spell caster pick list.
