Hi, The latest beta update has degraded performance to the point of not being able to beta test 3A anymore. When in the main menu, music doesn't play smootly, the new game dialogs are slow, and the background that "scrolls" isn't smooth either. Try disabling the music, I had the same issue and it did the trick over here.

Hi, Like other players, I have noticed performance degradation since 0.25 came out. After hearing the main game music playing in canon*, I disabled the music entirely. Turns out this was the biggest performance gain I got out of the game. :) Unfortunately, I'm not home right now so no dxdiag.
