This has been fixed, thanks for submitting the issue.
this has been fixed. Thanks.
It is not a typo. If you've recruited him and he is in the same city as your sovereign, the cities research is increased by the specified amount.
He's not a sovereign. He's a recruitable NPC unit (or army). There was a cost bug though, and I've since fixed that. Thanks
I'm sure we've laid this out elsewhere, but here's how it works guys: Pre-orders are not always charged instantly. When the beta access window is open, we process orders immediately, but otherwise, when you pre-order a game from us, you sit in a sales queue until we want to grant beta access again. Whether you've been charged instantly or been sitting in a queue and then charged when we opened the access window, the game will be attached to your impulse account once the
I'd also like to point out that, (once you have access), in order to see Elemental in the "Games" tab of Impulse you need to have the "show pre-release (alpha/beta) versions" checkbox checked. You can find this checkbox under the Impulse menu->Preferences..->General.
Maybe it's a little too "Settlers of Catan" but it could work!
I love that game!
Yeah for sure, we want to be able to edit sovs as well as delete ones no longer wanted. Just haven't gotten it in yet.
I meant to take a screenshot of this, but I accidently copied the map seed to my clipboard while I had not pasted the screenshot in paint yet... My bad.
The game will take it's own screenshots and put them in "my games/elemental/screenshots". All you have to do is press the screenshot button. You can even change the image format of your screenshots if you want, in the options screen.
I didn't learn about the save game naming bug until afterwards
What bug is that?
I think this problem you are seeing is related to this thread
fixed internally, thanks!
I'm guessing that you played against one AI, and he managed to get his sov killed in a single spider battle. If he was your only opponent, then yeah, it'd be a conquest victory.
some might argue that double clicking a city should bring up the city details screen. Ya know? Which city action should really be the default one that comes up when double-clicking? it's hard to say. Which is why we just have the city "actions" tab.
If you were only playing against one AI, and they happened to get their Sov killed by a troll or spider, then you'd get a conquest victory. When a player is killed, their cities are destroyed, which is why you'd see the drop in total number of cities in the world.
Fixed "steal" to be "steel" in the internal build. Waiting on art for the icon.
Thanks guys! In the internal build I have fixed both issues mentioned.
Added tooltips to the screen to help clear up any confusion. See this other spell screen thread
Thanks guys. I made the following changes to the internal build: + "Spellpoints:" area now wide enough for "9999.9" + added tool tips to: ---faction spell point display area ---faction num of each shard type ---selected spell mana cost ---selected spell shard requirement for each shard type
