I've noticed the upgrade weapon and upgrade armor in the "other options" menu beyond the few that fit visibly in the lower left display. But was it cost effective? Absolutely not! 900 gold to upgrade armor on a size 5 army adn 1100 gold to upgrade weapon? Get real. I'm only pulling in 50-60 gold per season. I've got 10-20 troops. There's no way I'd ever be able to afford it. It's much cheaper to just create a new tr

Don't limit champions to a single elemental school. I like playing magic users and buy books to introduce new schools to my champions.
80 mana points for two casts of "Call to Arms"?
started 3 player medium map game on easy. played a couple of 8 player large map games on normal. moved up to 5 player large map game on challenging. I agree that endgame is easier than early midgame. Once an AI's cities begins to fall, it's like dominoes. maybe it's because I'm playing on large maps with dense resources. Having 9 water shard resources makes slow spell very (too?) powerfu
I've noticed that as well. It's annoying when you want to cast an arcane tower on the same spot, but it won't let you because the square must be empty. Even if the enemy is killed and there's no ghost remaining, the square is still non-empty for purposes of casting arcane tower. Picky tower builders don't want to work on bloody fields??? Also, I've noticed AI champions that have regeneration can't be killed
As a visual acknowledgment of the maul feature, if a champion is entering subseuqent maul/berzerk rounds they should accelerate the animation. The whole attack would then appear to be an ever increasing frenzy of attacks until the poor vicitm manages to dodge an attack. The speed is reset every time a new attack commences. Since the animation speed is a option settable feature, it shouldn't be too, too difficult to dynamically change it just for the animations of b
I like that cities sprawl across the map and are not just a single square. (I realize that some see the teleportation from one side of an extended city to the other during transit as unrealistic, but that could be fixed by slowing to road rate within cities. It can easily be explained as cities having their own very efficient mass transit system and your army just took the subway.
