You have no chance to avoid a ban make your time
GalCiv2 had an 'upgrade' button which gave you a selection of ships to upgrade to, a price for each, and an option to upgrade all ships of that class. Could have done with an 'upgrade all in this fleet' option too though
Banned because this is about as politically charged as this thread is likely ever to get Oh and danielost you are banned because Stephen Hawking was diagnosed with MND in 1963 and we've had universal healthcare since 1948. I do know what I am talking about.
banned because the NHS death panels are a right-wing myth. The ' Stephen Hawking would have been left to die by the death panel' incident was highly amusing.
I don/t really think a 'cauldron' fits in particularly with the lore. It would look cool, but would probably feel out of place
Unfortunately, Athenian democracy was little more than controlled anarchy, and would never have lasted if it hadn't been for the unusual politics of the Hellenic world (no -one was there to take over Athens when the old government collapsed). It was never a particularly successful form of government, despite what Wikipdedia says. I happen to know a historian...

Do you wish to pursue research into his ideas?". Possibly this could have a percentage chance of
It is indeed something seen since beta 1.
Its a new feature suggested by beta testers. Hence it was implemented at relatively short notice, without most of the images being done. Seeing whether the info cards work is more important than having all the images done

Sins of a Solar Empire uses continuous turns. That picture is not a good demonstration as its basically a mockup to give the general concept.
Out of interest did you get the GalCiv 2 expansions? They make it SO much better.
Banned for failing to properly ban
As a disclaimer, the current beta is most definitely NOT a demo, the main graphics engine isn't even in yet and most features aren't implemented.
Last night I got the new build and still had my startup CTD of doom. This morning there was an additional fix and it worked [e digicons][/e] Finally I can get back to real beta testing!
Yay the minor second update fixed my startup crash [e digicons]\o/[/e]
