Is that by design? It seems that whenever spiders in the wild cast web on my archers, they can still shoot.

I think you guys should take another look. I used Blind all the time during Beta. It might have even been overpowered, but I was trying to keep that a secret from Derek. Now in 1.00, it seems to have very little effect. Everything I turn blind, still hits me 90% of the time.
Not sure if anybody has answered your question "which faction should I play next?" and the answer is ... wait for it ... well, it depends. For people that say the game is too easy, we say play Pariden or Resoln. Unfortunately, those factions take a lot of micromanagement and careful strategery to be successful so you'll probably think they're boring and weak. Tarth (monster avoidance / movement), Kraxis (wealth), Yithril (juggernauts), and Altar (henchman)
What is your experience with Blind in 1.00?
Please fix this:
To help with Pariden and Rosln mediocrity (a.k.a lack of hit points), how about a spell to summon pork? ... can't wait to hear Lord Xia's response on this.
I think a lot of people play one game of FE then post all the things that are wrong with it. What they don't realize is that they are reporting their findings based on playing 1 of 8 very different factions not to mention a randomly generated map that may or may not have had the resources, monsters, quests, fertile lands, opponents, etc., to your liking. In addition, and this is important, the AI will use your unit designs against you in future games. Therefore, you must
the consumables are listed in the hiergamenon... you might try and find your answer there.
It's cuz the school is upgrading an existing building... you don't build a new one.
Sorry the lack of fertile land spots is all my fault. I told Stardock there was too much city spam and so they took it out. Having said that, there are still ample opportunities to find spots most of which have been reported discussed in this thread: a ) change your map settings to have more fertile lands b ) reduce the number of opponents in your games c ) crank out more pioneers and scouts so you can find the fertile spots before the AI
This bug was squashed during the beta... unfortunately, they brought it back for the 1.00 release.
I was thinking of creating a thread called "Best Ways to Kill a Juggernaut" for everyone to share their ideas. Here's my favorite: Stinking Mud plus range units!
Now that 1.00 is out, what are the chances of getting this added to a future patch?
Still requesting this please.
Still exists in 1.00. Please fix the tool tip or fix guile.
This bug still exists in 1.00.
I am allied with everyone except Kraxis so he should have declared war on me. http://www.mediafire.com/?aj51a5ps8vk1aa7
I thought this was by design. All the sovereigns are getting 1 or more of these kinds of traits depending on the difficulty setting you play on.
I think definition of "soul" is subjective, but otherwise that review was spot on. I'm glad the reviewers are being honest. Brad will take an 8.25 any day of the week.
I knew the next game would be called Game X. Sounds cool! It's an MMORPG about dinosaurs in space.
