Kamidan

I've recently become paralyzed in my right hand (which happens to also be my mousing hand) and so I am limited to the types of games that I can play games such as this elemental legendary heroes or civilization 5 or a couple of other turn-based games. Being that I now have to use a Logitech trackpad and got to use it in my only available hand, left hand, which is the only hand I have available to use when playing games, it would be extremely useful if I could change the way hotkey

Due to only having one hand to play games i'd like to be able to change the hotkeys to make it more convenient to use only my left hand. Where do I change the hotkeys for this game?
