Attempted to demolish a building to free up more land for a hut and no matter what building I attempted to target I received an error that said can't demolish as it would leave my city non-contiguous. All the buildings I tried where on the edges and nothing would have been left dangling. Along with this can I make the suggestion that huts or things that increase the pop limit don't require space to be built or at least allow you to go to -1 space? I had over built without

Another idea on counter spell / rituals. Imagine your city smashing spell has a 5-10 turn wait before it goes into effect. This is to refelct that it takes time to build up the magical potential required for a spell of that magnitude. The target's owener would get a notice that there where great forces being summoned against him. He would then have 5-10 turns to build up enough magical points to counter the spell. So now it becomes a race to who can build up the nessasary magical points faste
