Thanks for the reply I just tested it. You do have to be in friendly territory and outside you town to cast both teleport an Create Spellcaster. Action point didn't matter I could cast teleport twice in the same turn just used an action point each time.
I have plenty of mana but I can't figure out how to cast the spells Teleport or Make SpellCaster. I am in a town, and want to teleport back to my original town. Click on Relias select the spellbook and it gives me a courser after I select cast spell but then when I left click on friendly territory even one move away nothing happens let alone let me teleport back to my first town.
