1. I think in the current version and even if the combat mechanic will be changed the HP are too low to protect your character in the late game where a single hit can inflict 20 or more points of damage. 2. You are probably right, but my comment was aimed at the current version. 3. and 4. Yes i forgot that you can give your Essence to other Champions, but i think WIS and CHA should be not used only for Imbuing Champio

Your sovereign seems to gain XP for every battle your kingdom wins at a slightly reduced rate. I've had my sov level up numerous times from battles he was on the opposite end of the continent from. Edit: Damn, Terra beat me to it.
But the sovereign is the focus of the game. He's *Me*, so to speak, in the game. He's the one going around founding a kingdom. He's doing quests. Kings were not commonly on the front lines, there are a few exceptions to this rule (for instance Richard the Lionhearted), but they were soldiers we

In actuality he's right though, the morale system is pretty terrible, not because of what he was saying though. Example: I go into a battle, I have a CR of 55, the enemy has a CR of 64. The battle starts, I'm losing 5 morale per turn because the enemy is more powerful. Three rounds into it, I've done some fancy maneuvering and wiped out half of their force and taken only one or two (or even zero losses)..... ....I'm still losing 5 morale pe

CON, INT, WIS and esp. CHA are not as powerful.
You know after posting in another thread I've decided that I needed to comment on this. Your assessment of the stats is misguided I think, based on how you are approaching the game. 1. Str and De

Thanks to this talent and the bug that you can equip your sovereign with as many rings, kits and items as you desire, sovereigns can easily kill everything on the map without even touching any magic. Considering that your sovereign dying in enemy territory causes a game over and that

Minor factions also don't count against the list of AI. There's about a half dozen of them.

If you're about even with one enemy and want to wipe them out, by all means NAP with the person you don't want to fight at the time. That way you're good for 20-60 turns or so or whatever it is to focus on your enemy. NAPs in this game are not like NAPs in Civ. You can't break them whenever you want. What

I immediately disregard everything else they're saying, because they basically just said "I am going to say something very offensive." I suspect I am not the only person with this reaction.

I don't know if it does this, but it se

I agree with this as well, honestly. Well no, I don't agree with removing the option, I think it should give another benefit -- i.e. when Egalitarian have 2 units for every 1 in the pool of population to choose from as compared to if you weren't Egalitarian. I do agree with choosing the gender. Otherwise you have to keep exiting and re-entering and exiting and re-entering until you get the gender you want for a particular unit.

Long story short I had heard about this game and wanted to check it out. Didnt have a good idea of the release date, I actually thought it was in September. Today I was in a store, saw this game and bought it. I came home, installed it, and immediately was greeted with a box saying "the gam
