Good stuff. [e digicons]:andrew:[/e] I expected some serious cosplay action however. [e digicons][/e] Maybe next year [e digicons]:frogboy:[/e]

He is very slow about responding to personal things. I sent him a PM over a year and an email the year before that and just two weeks another email at his request no less and still nothing. A busy man he is for sure and it is all about prioritization effective time management. So I would not get my hopes up for a response anytime soon. [e digicons]:frogboy:[/e]

Well, in the spirit of the idea at hand, i had a very frustrating night dealing with Steam. I figured I would post my email to them here to clearly illustrate why some people infringe on copyright. I have spent over three (3) hours on the phone with my bank and paypal since your website keeps telling me the transaction has been declined by my bank. My bank tells me it is not them so I contact paypal they tell me it is the bank. I then had a conference call
100k, plus taking on 70 million in debt? Something tells me that wasn't a difficult decision
Not in my book. It is not like the debt is personal. Moreover the old IP Midway has could easily generate lots of cash if licensed to small houses like SD and other markets beside software.

You just know that Frogboy is bumming that he did not get a chance to buy Midway for the nuclear holocaust bargin price of $100,000. I know I am - big time... Hell I could have paid a cool $125,000 for it. I wish I had known it was on the block. [e digicons]>:([/e]

Ouch. This one is much better: "In the great commons at Gaia's Landing we have a tall and particularly beautiful stand of white pine, planted at the time of the first colonies. It represents our promise to the people and to Planet itself to never to repeat the tragedy of Earth." -Lady Deirdre Sk

@Luckman - No worries I have a few servers for the communities I run. It is purely a time thing. @Anomander - I/we cant feel your love. Its a karma thing you know... [e digicons][/e] Note: I have also made a sweetass drow chick avatar. I might make a few more when I find the time.

Hmmm... It appears that the image host Luckmann is using is failing to send some of the images. I hope I wont have to take the time to put them all on one of my servers and redo the links...

Updated. @Landisaurus - OK I added the other two, and it took some time to find them. For some strange reason the avatars are not showing for some people now in some threads - go figure... [e digicons]:annoyed:[/e]

For anyone interested I spent a lot of time finding the following cornucopia of images from the bye gone era. If you are interested in see some rather high resolution scans of all the greats and many forgotten fantasy artists then go here . @SD - I think the site is perfectly legal in its host country but it would clearly be shut down in the USA. If you don’t think the link is proper then do your thing. [e
I really dislike the idea of being able to convert one type of mount resource into another. Why should I be able to raise horses in bear caves, or bears in open pastures? Just because I want bear cavalry doesn't mean I should always be able to get them easily as soon as I want them. If I can't find copper, I'm not going to be able to make copper or bronze products; if I can't find bears then no bear cavalry.
I agree
Au contraire, my delightfully uncheerish greek friend. I'd prefer there -not- to be an underground layer (or any extra layers at all, in fact). But that's a subject for an entirely different thread (I'm positive that there is one, I just can't be arsed to go find it - and I'm sure you know it anyway). As for the other gods in the drow pantheon, they are all dead. Of course, where, when and how you set up your campaign is entirely up to the Du

The art is fully reminiscent of the highly stylized fantasy art of 60's, 70's & 80's. In fact, dare I say, to a degree that one could easily mistake it for some right from the JRRT collection. With that said, maybe a lot of young pups in the gamer world have a crippling lack of historical appreciation of their hobby and have no interest in learning about it directly, but those of that do and see the art of game making as just that - an art form, seem to find it ascetically appealing and l

Not much of a choice, though.
There are other godesses in the lore. Moreover there is no law that requires one to stick to TSR or popular lore for that matter. That is one reason why I can see "drow" or "shadow elves" in Elemental as part of the Fallen. It would suck bigtime if there will not

I think echelon retreating should be an option and that the wiz should have a group retreat spell that costs a lot to use.
