What you are seeing right now is not a bug. Jack is correct, you are getting the +11 bonus correctly applied from having both buildings. Note however that the +11 will continue to augment with passive bonuses from having Mining (+3), Construction (+5), or anything else I can't name off the top of my head. - Manii Names
Mass Curse, when examined, says that it is resistable. I just fought an encounter against some Ophidians. Ophidians have the trait of 'Spell Immunity', making them never fail a resistance check, but Mass Curse does not get resisted and works great on them. - Manii Names - Issue #11

I had my Soverign and one other hero, plus 4 more spearmen in the town.
I just had a bunch of Ophidians siege my city (see post about Freeze), and when I won the fight I did receive the treasure properly so your issue is likely intermittent. Send in your save game? - Manii Names
I tried to Freeze some Ophidians that were next to one of my cities and it looked like didn't work, because the icon never appeared on them showing that they were frozen. However they then besieged my city, and during the tactical battle it showed that Freeze had been applied. - Manii Names
I had a horde of rock spiders approaching one of my cities, so I shot them with Tremor to lock them and weaken them a bit (- Defense) while my army was healing up in town for one extra turn. When I engaged only the head rock spider had a tremor effect on him in tactical combat, all of the little spiders did not. Since the spell is not resistable I would have expected every unit in the enemy army to be @ -4 Defense, not just the enemy stack commander. - Manii Names
Yep, that is exactly right. You need a monument or other civ improvements to generate some DC resources. Tip: If you highlight a unit in the training window (whatever it's called) at the bottom it will list what resources are required to build it. Applies to crystal, iron, DC, etc. - Manii Names

First off, I need to say that this is a GREAT SHIELD. I REALLY LIKE IT THIS THING IS WONDERFUL. However it does appear to be slightly bugged. Text on the shield is "Sentinel - This unit's defense is increased by 1 each time they are attacked." The bug is that it doesn't augment when they are attacked and successfully dodge said attack, the shield's bonus only triggers when they get hit. I suggest you change the text to say when hit (easy!) or have

There is at least one multi-part tactical mission that i personally have seen, so the odds are good there are / will be more of them. The one I took part in was a 'Strong' quest, wherein a hunter's dog has disappeared and is feared dead at the hands of the wolves. Valkarna's quest? Something like that. Anyway! You engage in two fights back to back, and it can really wear you down depending on how strong your force is (mine was pretty wimpy).
The shard should show up on your city details screen. With the city selected a picture of it will appear in the bottom left hand corner, click twice on that to bring up the city details screen. The shrine should be listed there. - Manii Names
The Exile of Ice quest asked me to go to a nearby temple and retrieve the Staff of the Furnace. I went to the temple, killed the Ignys guarding it, but never received a Staff in my inventory. Returning to the Exile quest starter it just says 'Retrieve the Staff'. Looks bugged? - Manii Names

Yes I know how it won't show up without a river =) But if you look in the technology tree, it isn't even present for the Empire races. Try this: 1. Create a new game with any Kingdom race, look at tech tree - Civics, and you will see the Water Wheel shows up there, 2. Repeat with an Empire race and you'll see that it does not. And it really doesn't, if you have a town by a river etc the option to build a Water Wheel never comes up
