TP/MB: Thanks. I am really enjoying this game. Kinda reminds me of Ascendancy, one of my all time favorite (but highly buggy/broken games). I figured as much about the research. Awesome about the camera, glad there is a way to adjust it. I did download the complete version from Impulse so I have no documentation. Any other advice? Thanks.

Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaalp. Trying to figure out this game. COmbat is awesome, but I haven't a clue as to what I am doing. How do I organize my combat groups better? how do I fight efficiently? better yet, how da hell can I move the retarded camera that is locked in place. It drives me nuts, half the time I don't know where I am being blasted from. Research - what the hell... when should I pay to speed it and when should I not. Sandbox game - g

So, basically, a game producer is the business management executive? You've opened my eyes but now I'm just more curious. Anyways, good journal. It really depends on the company and really even then it depends on the project. In my experience, the Designer sets up th
I still play SC4RH expansion... great game. It did take a while to figure out the system, but it's a blast. I download custom tiles and the like from simtropolis all the time.
No, but I do have two mini's connected to two different 47" 1080p t.v.'s. Does that count?
Thank you for the update. I was very curious what the changes would look like and the time table for these changes. The addition of another talnted producer is excellent news. I can see that E:WoM is on the right track. Good luck!!!
But I hope that you get the concept that exaggerating (particularly statistical data) to try to prove some kind of point is completely counterproductive. If you have an opinion, stick to your opinion. Don't try to back it up with worthless, conjured up data. If your opinion is solid enough on its own, it will stand tall. Fabricating crap to try to enhance your point does nothing but lessens your credibility, r

Don't you think that all of that needs to be determined at this point in time? Sheesh. The guy's hiring just was announced. He may not have even moved yet. If the interview and announcement haven't given you enough insight, the

Wow, math isn't your strong point is it BK? 1.0 ----> 1.09 ------> 1.1 or 1.10 your choice.
Wow, that's really nice. Good work.

I made over 16,000 posts at CivFanatics while working on Fall from Heaven so it's safe to say you will all be hearing a lot from me (and that I hope to hear a lot from all of you). The sad truth is I spent way to much time looking for a non-dorky picture of me and that's the best I could come up with. If it h

Because for a long time since late beta 1 you've been moving further and further and further away from that. Because right now it just sounds like the EXACT same hype we had just before release.
He did, many times in fact.
WICKED. Now we are back on track. Excellent choice Frogboy and Stardock!

It makes me wonder about some of the reviews the E:WoM got. Because I remember a lot of the games of old.. hell, I played many of them and compared to those, E:

When the game first came out and the outcry was so loud, I sat back and waited to see what would happen. I was stun that any developer would release a game in this condition. Then to insult my intelligence, Stardock tells me that it was released due to shelve space. What the bloody hell !!!!! The game does not work. I felt cheated.&nb
Believe it or not, I am enjoying this game. I have not experienced many crashes at all. I see it's potential. So few games come out that are trouble free these days, I am willing to wait. SD hasn't done anything to lose my trust so far.
Have a good one freebird, don't get burned by the sun. Oh, by the way, thanks for letting us all know. We were sitting at the collective edge of the seat waiting for your update.
What if it's Sid Meier?
