gah I need a shower from all the stardock leg humping. So the fanbio spin is Stardock just didnt answer for a month because of -me-? Because I have no manners? I dont know why they went quiet but it had nothing to do with me. I'm not that important. Other people were asking too. They got ignored to but dont have the social heuvos to be public about it. I certainly hope they didnt leave their customers flapping in the wind just to spite one critic.

It's like seeing an accident, best thing you can do is not look and keep driving.
I wouldnt have to make any posts if Stardock responded to the community any time within the last MONTH. But keep baahing sheep. I'm sure if we let the farmer shave us nekkid we'll finally get the game we want.
I doubt Brad would offer an answer if he didn't know what was up. Given his rather unique position (being both above and below Paxton in rank) he probably has access to any information he needs, self-imposed exile or not. I suspect the month of silence has to do with the Legendary Heroes beta. I have participated in past betas as well as participated on the forum during other betas, and it seems to me that a lot of effort goe
Frogboy is on self imposed quasi-exile from this project so I'm not sure he's has qualified answer we are looking for. Before stringing up the mission accomplished banner lets hear from Kael. So how does one explain the month of silence? Stardock will withhold answers until the customer appropriately grovels and debases themselves? Do we need to repeat this monthly cycle or can we have weekly-bi-weekly updates? Lack of communication continues to leave me without knowledge of w
We are One is everyone's worse enemy on every topic. If he had a different attitude about how he approached things, he might get a better answer. But who would want to respond to this stuff?
Someone has to be the critic. game wont get better just with leg humping alone. Others, including myself have tired asking nicely in other posts. No response. Busy doesnt explain s
They are posting elsewhere just not FE or GC2. Two weeks is busy. A monthor more is deliberate. FE is superior to LH in gameplay but not ui
Fw being a pretty good game doesnt excuse stardock from ignoring FE and its players for a month.
it doesnt take any resources to scribe a quick reply. Just a concern for the feelings of others.
Exactly how does Stardock explain not replying to FE customers for a MONTH regarding updates and the like for FE? Cause I cant see it any other way as a deliberate cold shoulder. Getting off the endless beta train at FE? No more support for you! Given that the internet is in everyone pocket via smartphone, there is absolutely no excuse for lack of communication. Not to mention you apparently have no problem interacting with the LH people in a timely way. And yes, I bought your product
Quoting Wizard1200, reply 1 Are there any plans to change the trees of the assassin, commander, defender and mage, too? I think the path of the commander is currently one of the most powerful and most boring paths, because the stat increasements are only passive. It would be better to make them active abilities like Command or Battle Cry. Defender is my next tree to focus on sprucing up and I plan on hav
Been a month since any word about further support for FE. Buyers Beware, you might be buying an abandoned game.
How bout an update on progress and fixes related to FE please? Your FE changelog is nearly a month old and still unreleased.
How bout a status update Stardock? Those of us who got of the beta train at the Fallen Enchantress stop were wondering if you are going to continue to provide updates and whatnot. Thanks
I never really get my mage unit close enough to use the lightening spell.
I thought your sov had it ? Thats what was bugging me..running up and macing them rather than casting spells.
I didnt say people didnt use it. I said it causes more problems than its worth. Buttons with menus serve the same function and neither clutter up the ui nor confuse new players.
I'm sure on paper it seemed like a good idea but it promotes terrible habits since people are too lazy or ignorant to keep it up to date. Remove the combat hotbar and put in its place a button for physical actions, a button for spells and a button for items. Have those buttons lead to a list sort of like they do now. Thanks
That vid looks awesome. I read somewhere that funding for this game is coming from the Minecraft proceeds?
Ya DD but you said that about other games too. You remind me of the playboy who has a different woman every week, each who is the light of his life and his souls true counterpoint. Going gaga over games in beta is sending a bad message to developers. Go buy Warlock Master of tHe Arcane if you are looking for a good 4x fantasy that wont be seeing any changes anytime soon.
I'm going to wait and see what Stardock does with FE. There are quite a bit of simple quality of life ui upgrades that came out of testing FE but so far have only gone into LH. With 3 fairly drastically differnt different iterations of beta who is to say there wont be a 4th or 5th?
Good times..looks like you got a great map area. Wouldnt hurt to scream and swear a little, esp when you lose your sovereign :)
Sorry, but I don't understand the advantadge of constructing two or more buildings at the same time. Each building provides one or more advantages, and the sooner the building is finished the sooner you will be able to start enjoying those advantages. Then, why delay this time in purpose?
Well the issue for me is that I rarely can justify building some of the larger buildings because of the time they monopolize in the
The concept is good but implementation in not. Heroes are not common enough to where shackling one in a city makes any sense. They are far far more useful in the field, fighting/exploring and earning xp. There should definitely be dedicated "civilian heroes" (DLC!) that are separate system from the combat heroes so you dont have to choose between the two. Id make mobility the defining trait of the civilian classes. So like A Bard' has the strongest bonus but it only last f
I dont..they sound useful and I'd like to but never useful enough to take production place of a city based building or unit. Instead of taking up production time if you could just upgrade with a payment or temp resource drain I could see investing in these.
I cringe when I've got a bunch of building qued up and there are turn times like 29 turns till so and so even gets started. Why can we only work on one building at a time? Would it not be more interesting to be able to place as many building as you choose but have it where the production is divided amongst the building placed. 1+city level are worked on at 100% and any more thna that divide the production. Seems like a more interesting way of growing the city.
I dont have LH but from watching DA's vids my feeling is that the new tactical maps are too busy. I liked the openness of the old maps where your eyes were drawn to the players not the scenery.
