I was able to duplicate this error. Also I had a program pop up minimizing Elemental (windows restart request), what happened was that the cloth map pretty much disappeared (all terrain features vanished). Units were able to be seen if they were within sight range. Building a city then going to the menu did not refresh the terrain features. R, Nacho

My buddy just got a gameing laptop from gateway that is slammin. You may want to consider this as it's not only powerful enough to run FPS applications it is portable to go to your friends!
