The build panel on bottom right for building(Both defensive and economy) and ships(Frigate and haven't checked capital yet) are in different pattern than the 63 build. I download it twice to be sure it wasn't caused by downloading and still is mess up. For example, used to be for economy build panel first 2 icon on first row would both be mines however it is now capital shipyard and mine. The other mine is where trade post used to be and etc...

I think for NASA that's small change compared the life expectancy of the telescope. I stand by my opinion that, especially now, all spaceflight, manned and unmanned should be a joint venture between all space agencies.
