By your own admission during your recent posts, the dev team had become too enamored with that sort of thing during the dev process, at the expense of basic gameplay. We n

One of my long term goals with the AI is to be able to have the AI in tactical battles be able to give the kinds of battles back and forth with players (as well as eventually in MP as well) that I see on that show. Of course, such an AI will take probably years to reach t

And that combat animations are sloooooow and can not be sped up. They reviewed 1.07 but it really sounds like they were testing the 1.35 version... Effectively an unconditional recommendation. The comments - including those by Elemental fans - sing a different song. Potential, by all means yes, bu

Why does your company refuse to provide refunds given all that's happened or to communicate at all?
Stardock does provide 100% refunds to people who have technical issues with the game and 75% to those who just didn't "like the game". The return policy is stated when you bought the game (see ).

That said, the snippets I've seen (assuming they weren't doctored) point to a godawfully poorly written book. No racist agenda, just plain old bad text.
It's pretty easy to verify. They use their real names in the reviews. They're not hiding what they're doing. They're ju
http://www.gamersbillofrights.org/ #1 Gamers have the right to return a game that does not function or is incompatible with their machine or does not perform at a reasonable level of performance within a reasonable time. "I didn't like it" would not fall into that. We still offer partial refunds. You not liking the game does not make the game a "beta". In the future, I would recommend waiting for a demo.
The team is focusing on the changes in single player which some have to be ported to the multiplayer client. After the launch of Demigod, the team is trying to be very careful with how MP gets unveiled. The multiplayer version has a different tech tree than the single player version as well.
"Unamommer" is Angie Gallant, the wife of Mike Gallant who was banned from Quarter To Three for continually stalking Brad in every thread. They see anyone who doesn't share their political views as racist and evil and have pretty much said as much on Quarter To Three. All 4 of the negative reviews on Amazon.com come from Angie Gallant, her husband, and two friends of hers. It's one of the most vile things I've ever seen. Someone taking their politi
This is the kind of feedback that is extremely useful.
Thanks.
We are listening to your ideas on this. There are many different ways to do tactical battle. The battle system that you have IS what our current system is but we are looking at making a number of changes based on actual game play feedback.
Great report. This is really helpful.
We need more information. Please see: https://forums.elementalgame.com/388125
Could you explain in more detail?
Without any sort of hardware or system info, we can't really help you. See https://forums.elementalgame.com/364285

The only beta I was worried about was the Demigod beta and I posted very loudly about that while others kept calling me a troll saying the game was "done". The GalCiv I and the Sins betas were the roughest because they were changing massive things right up until the end. Sins of a Solar empire was incredibly boring to play
Then where are your posts with hardware information? Debug.err? And other basic feedback mechanisms? https://forums.elementalgame.com/364285 No one can help you if you don't give information.
"all of us"? The new build should, overall, feel a bit slower than previous builds as work was done to try out multi-core optimizations starting with quad core; unless you have quad core you will probably notice a significant slow down. As we go forward we will continue to refine performance. The map is also 4 times larger than beta 2a so that should also have a noticeable impact as well.

My longest game so far is 1hour 15mins and I have conquered both AI's.... I have tried not to find them but everytime I stumble across them somehow while out exploring and then they decide to attack me... so I kill them... I guess my only option is to just sit tight and let them send wave after wave of troops at me and never go take over their
