Have you confirmed the caravan mod is working? I see the code copied into the market place but it doesn't seem to actually have an affect (yes have files in the main directories and not mod)
I got carried away in the description... the Markets are NOT the buildings that add to the caravan bonus, it was actually the "Trade Center". You should see a "Trading Bonus" listed in it's hergememnon file. I need to test and see if it

I looked over all the skin code and everything looked fine. Don't really understand why that stupid head fix would do that anyways. I guess I coded in the wrong head model somewhere for women? idk. Anyways, glad to hear your population is growing again... unlike
I don't think so. Granted, everything needs a balance pass and that can be done by anyone. But the way the game applies modifiers and calculate outcomes means the various improvements of stuff in the game can't really be gradual enough. Every step up is a giant & game-breakingly unbalanced leap ahead of previous generations. Almost everything in the game is handled the same way, so almost everything is fubar. The only exception I can think
LOL, I thought the guy was her kid or something and was thinking, "Wow, someone modded kids into the game! Cool!" Now I'm just going to stay away from Kraxis women!
For me the effect of Organized simply doesn't make sense . You're organized, so your heavy tank infantry unit with 2 moves can now move as fast as your mounted, traveler's cloaked, movement booted, adventurer sovereign? Really? That's some impressive organizing, that is. It would be completely reasonable and intuitive if your organizational skills gave +1 movement to your stack, but as it behaves currently i
I believe there are rumors of a stand alone Fall From Heaven game in the works... you never know! However, as everyone said, you can't just make a mod and expect to legally sell it. That'd ruin modding for everyone. tbh. But yeah, it could look REALLY good on a resume.

I looked through them while playing with the +1 trade route/market from my other thread and they did appear to be a mess.
See " Building Function Problems " in this thread . Wow! Nice work there yet again Barranoid.
Yes, remove any sovereign unit from that faction's XML code and it will select a random one from the NPCs. Kinda cool, imo.
LOL, don't know what could be causing that but that's worse then my companion here. What race were you using, with what faction, and what mods? I suppose it could be the "ModFixHeads" that I included (and discovered it didn't work ). Try removing that mod file and
Might require you to restart the game (not savegame compatable) or possibly use: Mods: Place the mods into your "C:\Program Files\Stardock Games\Elemental\Mods" directory and enable mods in the options. <span style="font-family: arial black, avant garde; font-size: x-sma
Sounds very interesting and worth waiting for. Hmm... I was considering some kind of multiplier for all champions stats (sort of like the Hardy trait works for the sovereigns hitpoints). Of course, I couldn't figure out how to do it. My idea was that all champions start out weak, as to not steamroll the early game, but with each point into their stats they get exponential returns (sort of like x1.2 to x1.5 the stat value). That wou
Ok, everything is a little better documented and I've uploaded the smaller ones into a single download. Anyways, I have to go drive for eight hours now... [e digicons]>:([/e] Enjoy!

Agreed. Would be nice to have those much like in Civilization 4.

Nice work on the documentation. I'm gonna have to use this list for some special abilities I'm working on for my Traits Mod. Thanks!
LIKE DUH! Isn't everyone using /createxmlbinary these days? haha. no, it's one of the more "advanced" things for Elemental modding but necessary to properly implement mods. You put it into your Elemental.EXE shortcut after everything. I put mine in my launcher using this for the shortcut's target "C:\Pr
I'm not going to use them (in sovereign creation) but it'll be fun just to be able to look a them :)
Not really a 30 second fix any way you look at it. Devs have no "magical" notepad. Besides, they probably are out of essence (HAHA, I made an Elemental funny)! What I'm going to do with my Traits Mod is add something like 10-20% HP or something like +10 HP to each NPC profession and sovereign talent. The NPC units shouldn't be effected by this so it should help keep those champions in one piece. [Note: This idea has been copywrited ]
B ut before she accepts your offer she says, " No, my lord. My King. The Ruler of all lands known and unknown. Conquerer of beasts, man, and monster. Builder of worlds. And Master of Magic. You do not have enough reputation for me to consider marrying you. "
Nice post AzNincs , that's a lot of information there. That's quite a problem, LOL. Also, notice in his screenshots the guy hes really heavy armor. I think the AI is getting access to that and special weapons far too early. I've seen one wearing plate mail in turn 15 (which shouldn't be possible).
