Thanks for the info, Doc! I am a mac only person for the past few years (iPhone, iPad, Airmac and desktop) , so that puts me in the minority, but I have never been hit with a virus malware etc ,or an update that makes me want to tear my hear out and scream "Why for Gods sake, WHY???" except for the new theme, which sucks IMO. True, I do use mac Keeper, because I used to dual boot when i was still making windowblinds, and never bothered to take it off aft

Most definately one of my favorites when I was still using a PC. A great skin - universally appealing, timeless and very usable.
Oh my goodness! What an unexpected honour to be included in this! Thank you very much!
While at University I suffered from such extreme exam anxiety that after leaving the exams, I couldn't recall if I have even written my name and student number on the paper let alone a single fact or figure regarding the subject I was just tested on. Had a complete memory dump, for a lack of a better metaphor. So you are not alone. Here's how I dealt with it. I knew the stuff forwards and back, just had to remind myself that it was not t
the Hobbit - Desolation of Smaug on the day it came out in Kona! Loved almost every second (hated the spiders).
Very nice. Blue and black are my favourite colours for a dark skin.
Terry, I would be happy to help in any way I can. I have a current Shutterstock account that ends in 30 days and help you design a professional looking piece that can be used for business cards, adverts or whatever free of charge. Some images that are supposedly "free" on the net, actually are not, so you have to b really careful if you go that route. I designed the layouts for the themes for Skinartistry and for my own website.
Have a fabulous birthday Barb! And many more to come!
Have a fabulous day, Frankie!
I am a voracious reader - when the mood strikes me. I read on my Kobo and/or iPad. The last books I read were: Quirk by Hannah Holmes . A look at how brain chemistry forms personality from a neuropsychologists view. A tad biased, but informative. T he Little Old Lady Who Broke All the Rules by Catharina Ingleman-Sundberg. A hilarious tale of pensioners who take matters int
Be well, RND.
His art was incredible.
Congrats to all the winners.
Congrats to all the winners!
Congrats to all who have made the finals! Now get out and vote!!! SKIN - FU Rules!!!!!
I have to agree with showing XP screenshots for the XP versions..my skin is for XP not Vista, so naturally is doesn't skin all the Vista elements.
[e digicons]:time:[/e] no pressure, no siree, none at all! Now get busy!!!!!!
Congratulations to a race well run!
Congrats to the winners! Well done!
Skinhit's icon pack is not shown on Team Skin- Fu's page, but Night Train and I am there.
In my case, since I only have XP, when skinning for Vista, I need to rely on my "testers" who have Vista installed on their puters. This entails alot of emailing back and forth of screenshots to get the adjustments etc, right. And I am sure most other wb skinners do this as well, and not just hope for the best . The same process could be used to check icons as well, I believe.
Zoomba - you are a lifesaver!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!
Zoomba - can you check to see that the file for the Cherry Chocolate Update is CherryChocolate2a.wba? then you can delete the other(s). Or would it be easier to just delete them both and for me to resubmit?
OH NO!!! now I see that there appears to be 2 copies of the skin in moderation and no apparent way to delete one !!! I am truly sorry for all this confusion. ..I tend to get really nervous with a new skin....
Zoomba - I didn't get the same page as last time - the one with the options to keep the preview and description - so named the skin Cherry Chocolate UPDATE and the file is CherryChcoolate2a.wba - but I think i uploaded the wrong one!!! How do I correct this? If the file I uploaded with the update is CherryChcoolate2.wba then it is not the correct one - that one didn't skin the windows system folder properly and the default colors will show for the text!&n
