Have you used UXTheme Multi-Patcher. This is what I beleave to be the problem when using Brisco packs. I am no expert on this matter. I have 4 sometimes 5 computers that I play with continuously and I have screwed them up a lot. !!!! I just reread the last sentence and decided not to give out any more advice. Maybe you should email Stardock support.

The thread topic/content may be banal but generally the responses it evinces exemplifies the general intolerance often shown to the 'new'. I love it when Jafo post's Sorry Zubaz, But compare that sentence to the starting post. It just blows me away.

Sir lantec, thanks for the info. I started styler and checked the box that says "Tool bar". Then reapplied WB. Desktop colors now stay as WB sets them. However, The boxes shown above are still blacked out. When I restart windows (I have taken styler out of the start up) the boxes are just fine. Restart styler and the boxes are black. This happens on 3 of my 5 computers. (All dif but running XP). I really don't care because I have no intention of using the program. Just trying to give some incite

Do you now or have you ever had a brisco pack installed. I have used almost all of them and time and time again thy will break WB. Only way I could ever set it strait was to reinstall windows(to get back OS files) then reinstall WindowBlinds. I hope this is not the case with yours. Good luck I have never had a problem with WB that I did not cause. I do not work for them. I just believe in there product. It is VERY stable.
