I can confirm this also. It does not happen all the time. If the beast is captured in its den/nest etc the problem occurs. If the beast is captured outside a nest no problem, at least this is what is occurring on my current game.

I got the same error but instead of reading the forums for the solution bought a copy from gamersgate (not realizing it was a steam game) so now I have 2 copies. So the 1st person who pm's me and has the steam version can have the steam activation code for the dlc.
Did a forum search(beta uninstall) and found 2 things. Did you delete both folders. You need to delete the folder where the program was installed and the fallen enchantress folder(s) in my games folder. The 2nd thing I found was to delete the following key from the registry but these people had an error message during install but might help HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Products\F8E0573777207FE4DA0977325B0C8A8B At this point I would try to unin
We may be misunderstanding each other I'm talking about downloading the game install from the stardock website and not using stardock central. Stardock central is a program from stardock that functions like download manager for stardock software(I think since I never used). The idea is to eliminate stardock central from the equation in case it is causing the problem. Stardock central is not required to install the game. I installed my game using the method I descri
hi Try installing the game manually by downloading the file from here https://store.stardock.com/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=/myaccount/products you'll have to login and download the game approx 3.5 gig and possibly the patch and you'll need the serial number during the install and it will need to activate via the web. See if this fixes the problem. Cheers <
I have to admit that I sometimes feel the ai monsters have it in for me but I can verify the ai does get its cities and units attacked I just can't tell if there is a bias towards the player. Lord knows the way the ai unleashes monsters with poorly positioned outposts and cities they should shit all over them but if they did we would just have hit end turn and eventually win. Now I'm still in my game testing phase where I design different races and leaders and play
Thanks Parrottmath Going to give it a try. See your bridge mod and will try that too. Thanks for the excellent work!
I'd vote for #1 but wouldn't mind if all pioneers could make roads so you could add some if needed. more flexibility is always better
Sorry but it is not flawed design. This has been the nature of city design since the start of the Elemental series. The flaw is the AI not being capable of good city design or even placement after all this time. Currently, the AI is bad in both city and outpost placement as it unleashes hordes of high level monsters. Fortunately, for the AI, the monsters don't attack their cities very often or as the player you could just sit there and wait for the monsters to
I'm sorry but what is the point in this thread. The game is single player not multiplayer(thank god) so there is nobody playing against you gaining an advantage. If you don't like snaking then leave auto on or leave off and use some self-control to manually place buildings but not snake. I like snaking! There I said it I'm coming out of the closet! So quit trying to rain on my snake parade
