Regardless of whether I play Empire or Kingdoms, Custom civ or default, Custom sovereign or default, regardless of what or how much I research, my capital's improvement list is blank and I cannot build anything. Which rather makes the game unplayable at the moment, alas. Debug.err file
I was able to fix this. I'm [i]thinking[/i] it was increasing the resolution from the default up to my monitor's maximum (12xx * 10xx), but it might have been switching to windowed mode.
