Hiding the HUGE AOL upper task bar and mail controls in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

How can I use a skin or WinCustomize to reduce the AOL taskbars, but be able to still use the neccesary controls I need like the mail controls, signing on and off. web search. the start menu... etc. Thank You Scott Kincaid
