I have the same thing and could restart from different saved points and it still hit a dead end with the turn mechanic at the same place each time. Tried multiple different ingame things like teleporting back to a city, moving elsewhere, etc, and still hits the wall with no turn progression at the exact same turn. Krynus there is a option in the Games Options to turn auto turn off. I did that for the same reasons you wanted it and it works. As for getting to lo
