1. Windows 11 version 25H2 (build 26200.8117) 2. Windowblinds 11.07 (024 x64) 3. Yes, this affected every theme I tried. 4. Nothing else of that nature running. I eventually found the exclusions section and added Outlook to the exclusions, so I'm happy to say I can use Windowblinds now.

Same thing is happening to me. It makes Windowblinds pretty much unusable at work.
