yes. did u ever come back ?

i got here by accident. i freely declare my lack of knowledge on this subject matter - although i am surprised by how harsh the feedback is. when i see the words: "here is how I see it"; i expect an individuals' opinion. that is just what i got here, and i thank you groove for sharing it. i hope you continue.
hi scorpiochick. i have almost the same problem. (only i'm 34 years old and still reduced to a 6yo who doubts myself when faced with my father ... and my father sounds like a kitten compared to yours). my own answer was just to make sure that i didn't continue his cycle of emotional neglect by allowing the pain he caused me to make me bitter towards others. your daughter will grow to be a woman who will make her own choices - provided you feel certain she is physically safe in his care
hi brad, i think this list represents a fairly accurate (if dispassionate) world view, which is in its' very nature confronting. i think it would help it it was read with the understanding that facts are just facts. even awful ones. i think there can be a tendency to "shoot the messenger" when we read such things. thanks for putting yourself out there on those issues - i found it thought provoking which is the whole point (for me).
hi joe. just dropping by to pay a return visit. ;). i agree with my countrywoman jenny above. these are things we usually don't get to see, and i'm grateful for the chance. i'll keep snooping around ...
at that other mans' house, where my girlfriend lives, she sweeps his floor every day. he lifts his feet so she can "get under 'em" (i would never have her sweep my floor. i couldn't bear to see her bruise her pale knees getting "into the corners"). then she might have worn a less weary expression laughed more often. told more people to fuck themselves. and in a much louder voice. had i been ready for her, she might have done all of that.
my inner goddess is a not some gentle, mythical being you'd want to summon on a weekend workshop. i have no desire to let the bitch free and be dragged around at her mercy. i see no cause for celebration. the trend towards embracing ones' "darker" nature in order to achieve "balance" is an interesting one. if you indeed have some dark side, you can pretty much count on it's spontaneous emergence: not at will or even at convenience, and certainly not under the instruction of a "facilitator". the
i dislike the way people find it easy to disregard the obvious consequences of their actions and put them down to some random "chance". i do lead a clean, helpful life. that was my point. “let go and let God” is the way i prefer to put it. just my preference. thankyou karmagirl - the world could do with more of you.
KarmaGirl, you and your hubby sound exactly like us. except you have embraced the positives. thanks for your words.
i wouldn't ordinarily say so joe ... but yes, she really did lol
yes, GCJ, i really did, and we remain friends to this day
so my awful slang gives me away, then ?
it's a nasty world out there, GCJ
i'm a virgo. so they tell me. i can't even be a predictable star sign. sigh. but thankyou, scorpio-chick. you're fairly close to the mark
one of these kids is doing his own thing recipe for self-doubt ingredients: 1.strong sense of self 2.fertile imagination 3.honesty 4.communication 5.openness 6.fellow man method: combine 1-5 allow to stand 15 years add 6
ripe how terribly strange to be ripe look down. the flurry of new growth exhausts you further and the optimism makes the branches shake with your laughter look up. the shit lands on your face final touches on. finished. hang on now & look sweet until you drop
i shouldn’t be married. i’m a bad wife. i’m a great girlfriend. but i’m shit at being a wife. i don’t even like the word wife. it conjures a mental image of my mother. i liked living alone. i’m very self-reliant. why i did this again is beyond me. yes, i love him. yes, i’m a fool to be unhappy. but i still am sometimes. he’s reliable. steady. he probably saved my sanity. but it’s against my nature to be settled. stability bores me. we’ve had 4 houses in as m
i hit someone once. a lady. well, ok, i sort of slapped her a bit. just a bit. my hand sort of slid off her face and it wasn't hard. but it still made a really good noise. i was in a shopping centre in a very affluent area some distance from my own home at the time. i usually would avoid such a place, but i was collecting my wedding gown. i was wandering down one of those big, wide aisles those places have. to be fair, i was meandering down the middle. but slowly. i should add that i can
spank bank i’m in there. he told me. (i detect a dense populace but do not say so). the catalogue of revenge-fucks form a dusty, sulky calendar of sorts. i’m shiny. i’m smiling: he’s growing up. he’s collecting fodder ... will you sh
whose fault was that ? the concept of karma is an interesting one. this abused word has come to stand for the misguided beliefs of extremist or “non-registered” religions or groups. the arrogance of mankind to dismiss the word karma as something that only happens to people who subscribe to it’s theory. like people who say they won’t go to hell because it doesn’t exist, some souls believe that karma is inapplicable to them. news flash: karma = result of action. you can hate the word, but you’ve g
i met the net guy he was normal he wanted me to visit (he told me where to come) i drove down his street he wasn't home which is how my first words to him became i-was-just-leaving-a-note instead of the grand entrance i may have planned. was i able to. and why his first words to me were oh. my. god. not the stuff of murder mys
