I was definately a bit weary about changing my bootscreen after that little incident, but I've come to trust all things Stardock. Stardock pwnz!

And yeah.. it was that evil StyleXP jazz... It was like, "Just replace the existing login.gui located in C:\windows\..\ with the one of your choice!" Now I have two OS's on my computer!

I had this problem a long while ago... Spent hours and hours and hours and hours trying to fix the problem and then, my father came in, and with a stroak of genious, dug up our old Windows 98 CD, and installed a second OS onto the computer! If something happens like that now, I can just boot up in Win 98 and fix it from there

I wanted kk menu soley for my start menu, and when I downloaded it, I couldn't stand it (plus it runs a couple apps in the background (like kktrayserver) Anyway I got rid of it as well.. Luckily I posted my concerns and met an awesome friend who made the now widely popular Start Menu docklet AndreasV pwnz. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/jokegrim.gif" border=0 ALIGN="ab

I would think that it takes a lot of skill to master photography. You'd also have to have an abundance of patience, and an insanely keen eye for that sort of thing. You'd also have to know your geography like the back of your hand, and what places/things are the best things to "Point and shoot". I personally couldn't stand it. Having to wait for the perfect timing, lighting, position, camera, camera angle, etc.

That would be awesome! I want it to be just like it is, only have two pages visable side by side, instead of one that you have to scroll down with. I'm not entirely sure if that's possible, but that would be awesome. Also, it would be cool if I could click on either page instead of having to go all the way down to the bottom of the screen and hit the tiny little arrows. So it would look like this [pg1 | pg2] and if you clicked on pg2 it would bring you to [pg3 | pg4] Anyw

Is Microsoft Reader even skinnable? It would be awesome to to have all sorts of different looking pages and stuff (like with burned edges resembling an ageless book, or (as I've noticed a lot of people taking a liking to) metallic pages(?)

Well I want the feeling of reading my books while at the same time, revising them. It has wonderful highlight, add note, and draw features which I find useful. I know MS Word 2003 has those things as well, but I want to read through it as if it were a book.

I recently downloaded Microsoft Reader, and converted my story from MS Word, to the format Microsoft Reader uses. I enjoy the program very much, but the feeling I get when reading my e-books aren't the same as reading actual books. I was wondering if there are any skins available, or any e-book readers that can convert MS Word documents to e-book that also have a feature where you can view the e-book reader as if it were an actual book, like this > [pg1 | pg2] And all you wou

This is the standard you should be aiming for Do all the wallpapers here consist of graphical images? I appreciate their talent. It is quite brilliant (I couldn't possibly imaging creating something like that!) but my tastes lie in real beauty, images of the world as it really is, so I certainly hope that isn't wincustomizes only</b

I wonder whom the first person was that considered all CAPS to be "yelling" as yelling no doubt entails using ones voice in a volume louder than that of normal speech. I've observed many people taken aback now-a-days by "loud text" which they cannot even hear. I do however consider bold and underlining as a means to emphasize certain words when using messaging systems such as this, as that is und

I may have found a solution to the www.skeech.com nuisance. I found it while while doing a random search for something entirely different, behold my surprise! Once I ran the program, I was able to go to www.msn.com without it redirecting me to www.skeech.com. I'm not sure if it will work for anyone else, but I found it quite useful. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/smile.gif" bor

hmm, not exacly what I had in mind, but impressive nontheless! I was hoping for a more immediate approach, one that didn't require extra programs and such. I would love to see WMP 9 Series not only be skinnable when you switch to skin mode, but also in full mode. (I hope that makes sense to people!)

I've also found that if I type in www.msn.com it takes me, instead, to skeech. It is some sort of joke, or is skeech actually apart of MSN? I find www.skeech.com to be distasteful at best, and hardly comes close to what MSN.com used to be. ><img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/mad.gif" border=0 ALIGN=

c242, Andreas (The genius that he is) has also made a rather brilliant Start Menu docklet that I found a sufficient replacement for the shareware KK Menu. (If you just want to access your start menu from the docklet). I haven't used my taskbar in possibly ages because of the docklets Ave has created! <img src=
