In further playing around it seems that the taskbar dock is working, but is just very picky about where you click. I have my taskbar dock on the left of my screen, and I have to click on the right 2/3 of the icons. It zooms, but doesn't respond to clicks on the left 1/3 of the icon. Odd, but at least working. Since the most recent update (I think yesterday's) the taskbar and system tray functionality is a bit off. I had to delete my taskbar dock and create a new one to get it to react to clicking (minimizing apps, bringing them to the front, etc.). It still acts a bit funny and I have to close OD+ and restart to get it to work. System tray docks are another thing. I had one created, it zooms, but doesn't respond to anything.
