hm, the quote button doesn't work with chrome it seems. anyway: EULA's are not legally bounding in quite a few countries (as far as I know, especially around EU), due to not requiring actual signature. Still used to reading them in case there is something worrisome though, spotted the same (and reference to stardock central as well.. I suppose it should be impulse these days).
