Whenever I try to run, I get this error: Unable to load scripting libraries. Please install using setup.exe and play the game from the Start menu. (probable reason: Windows Script 5.6 is improperly installed. Search for "windows script" for a reinstaller.) I downloaded Windoes Script 5.6 and nothing changed. I also have the DL version, which means no setup.exe on a CD. Help please!

Mine will probably be at the difficulty level just below normal, and it will be a Gigantic galaxy. I always play on the largest map possible, no matter what game it is. I never finish any games, but it's lots of fun to build massive empires.
I must say that this idea of pre-loading the game is a great one. Getting most of the game out to the customers ahead of time means that less time is needed to get playing. Also, the idea of downloading your games directly to your computer is phenomenal (frankly, I think it is the answer to computer game piracy). Keep it up Stardock!
It was the serial number i inputted. However when I restarted SDC it start updating again. I thought it had before, but apparently it lied to me Will try again shortly. Update: Installation seems to be going smoothly now.
I just purchased the electronic pre-order. I went to settings-tools in SDCentral and uploaded by serial number. However whenever I try to install the game I get the following error: Error: Failed to validate your subscription or account information. Result: Installation failed (9) Is there a waiting period before the software recognizes my purchase?
