Feature request: shortcut to toggle taskbar auto-hide setting

I would like to have an icon in the shortcuts on my start menu, to toggle the task bar auto hide setting on/off. It's just a little annoying clicking thru to that option in taskbar settings. Using Start11 v2.6, and loving it.
