I can happily confirm that the Version 2.74 update I downloaded today fixes this issue. I can pin all items as expected now.

No item in the Start11 "Taskbar pins" menu produces any effect. "Pin file" "Pin folder" "Pin folder menu" all show a dialog for selecting the item to pin, I can select an item, I then get a prompt, "Are you sure you want to pin....", I select "Yes", and then nothing happens. This happens if I turn on or off "Show folders as submenus". This happens regardless of the item or folder selected. This happened before Start 11 updated to "2.73" and still happens after the update. Nothing also h
