Made an account just to second this. This graphical bug is very problematic. I play on Windows 11 with better spec than my old Windows 10 notebook, both without dedicated GPU, but the cloth bug and black bars on trees and rivers problems made this game very ugly. Playable, but ugly. My old device didn't have this problem and the game ran smoothly, so I have no idea what the cause is.
