Hey Basj, That didn't work at all. The batch file executed as expected, then it automatically launched the Installer to uninstall, then it ran into the issue where DLL assemblies are be locked by a process(s).

Hey, I cannot even begin to upgrade from Fences 5 to Fences 6 nor can I uninstall the corrupt Fences 6 installation. I had an issue today upgrading on another system also. I had to completely uninstall and reinstall as it complained about

Hey, Thanks so much. I am surprised nobody has ever complained or put 2 systems side-by-side with differing monitor heights. I guess my config is a bit unique in that the taller monitor height is on the left with movement towards a shorter monitor height to the right resulting in this unintended offset. I probably have to search for my cursor 30-50 times per work session as it would be inadvertently sent somewhere else I didn't intend for it. Best regards,<

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Stardock’s complete lack of technical support regarding my issue. It has now been weeks since I submitted my request, and not once have I received a meaningful response directly from your technical support team. The only communication I have received has bee

Hey, I really hate to 'have' to start being critical. To begin with I really appreciate you as an intermediary to Technical Support and please to don't take what I am going to say as any disrespect to you! [Stardock Support = Nonexistent] I’ve been waiting weeks for Stardock technical support to even acknowledge my issue. The only responses I’ve

Hey, You were correct in that I needed to answer 'Yes' to that prompt. Never seen that prompt before nor did I change any configuration whatsoever other than when I first installed it a couple months back. Maybe I inadvertently had it set back then and it just decided to bite me now. I also installed the new version before I did this. Thanks for the help as I believe the issue is fully resolved now.

Hey, I am not trying to activate it. I should be able to hit the 'Configure' context menu item and gain access to a configuration view applicable to the secondary computer. Are you saying this may have changed and there is no longer need to access Properties such as security accesses granted to allow functions such as locking one computer, which will then lock another also if configured for access. The key point I am trying to make is that I believe there are prope

Upon further testing I also determined that at times when the mouse cursor attempts to leave the bottom right corner of Monitor 1 it will often transit to bottom left of AWM18(3) monitor, which essentially jumps the gap under AWM18(1) and continues through AWM18(3). Why this is frustrating is that the Windows messaging, system clock etc. are located in the bottom right corner of Monitor 1 and just touching the edge of the monitor boundary will send the mouse curso

If the cursor was to hit the bottom right position of Monitor #1 where there is an offset to reach AWM18(1) then it will immediately jump to the bottom right position of AWM18(1). I would expect the cursor or mouse movement to freeze or stop if there isn't a screen area to transit to. I can't seem to find a way to stop this behavior and was hoping it was addressed i
