I would put in a good word for Zen. Unlike BT, they tell you what is happening and, I don't know why, but since moving from BT my speed has doubled. I moved from BT because when my speed dropped below dial-up the assumption was that the "fault" was at my end. It turned out to be faulty equipment at the exchange but unless you complain they leave it.

I heartily agree! Since the time of tally marks, the human race has counted from 1; therefore, the first decade did not end until the end of Year 10. Now if it is a chance for a party, that is a different matter, but ignoring the fact does not invalidate the fact.
We count from 1 upwards, therefore, the decade finishes at the end of 2010.
Just built one with the i7 860 and am more than satisfied with it. Slight issue with getting a fan controller as the box comes with 6 fans and not enough headers on the MB and I can't get Soundpackager to work with W7 64 bit, but that is nothing to do with the processor.

The only reasons that I shall probably build one is that anything I put together, I can dismantle or adjust, it will have media and not a restore function and it keeps me from cleaning duties with you know who! My only debate left is do I keep the original rig as a standby or re-use the case - a CoolerMaster Black Widow.

If I get the urge to use W7 or get bored, do I cannabilise my present rig or build a new one with 64 bit? In addition, apart from mb, memory, power supply etc, what sort of cpu do I need? Many thanks on any guidance given.
It also mucks up Diamond WB and now there is an update for Quest which requires a serial number. I thought it was a free one!

I get the registration in Impulse, but can I see the theme in "My Software"! Am I doing something wrong as my subscription is valid until the end of next year?

It is a skin that I habitually use, but have had problems with it on and off. However, this is the reply I obtained from Stardock Support and it has worked: "Set the theme to something other than Diamond for the time being. Make sure MyColors is installed correctly by verifying it with Impulse. To do so: -Launch Impulse. Right click on the entry for MyColors and choose "Verify application" -Impulse will check the integrity of the installed applicat
