Uploading Skins in Stardock Software WinCustomize Forums

Hi: Could someone please explain the procedure for uploading skins as i have been trying for 2 days now and i still get the "an error has occurred while processing this page". The file is called DawnfireGold.smx and i used the program called WinRar to compact it, it is 828kb in size. Uploading Skins Problem in Skinning WinCustomize Forums

have attempted to upload my first sysmetrix skin, but i keep getting the message " An error occurred while processing this page" Could someone who has experience at uploading skins please help me. I have zipped the skin folder and included desktop.jpg letters of permission to alter the design of the original skin+a .jpg of that design so people can see the re-vamped version and a wallpaper for use with the new skin, am i zipping it incorrectly.
