It affects construction time. When you open the city details screen you can see the current ratio there. Normally cities would have 1.0 so buildings would take 100% of the base turns to complete. With an administrator it would go down to 0.9 so only 90% of the turns would be needed. With a couple of administrators, the kindgom buildings that reduce construction time and the enchanted hammer spell you can easily reduce construction time to 0.1. That's when I first noticed there is a cap of 50

It's entirely possible that whatever conditions caused their crashes had not been tested by other testers. I understand it's frustrating as hell, but Stardock did not hire Psi Corps to bug hunt. They need reports and hard data.

Prisoners would be an interesting concept. I'd also like an option to fight unrecruited champions. They just clutter the map when I refuse to pay them for the privilege to serve me! Damn hobos...

Hello. This has been happening consistently for the past versions. It's happened with Empire and Kingdom starts. I'm not sure if Janusk is meant to be a merchant at all times. But occasionally he'll spawn with different portraits and usually a tech specialist specialization. There is no problem when he starts with the usual merchant / redhead portrait; however, upon reloading games he will always default to that portrait regardless of which combination one he start

It's happening often to me also. Similar setup. Currently playing large map / epic. Probably due to some memory leak that builds up after some turns. Keep forgetting to get the error log.

Great update. Couple of issues: My latest game my sovereign is not getting any shared XP from my other units. They usually got a % of the XP. Did this get removed? It seems they changed the XP rewards a bit. Usually after only 1 fight they leveled up. Now they only got 9/10... On the subject of XP. Is there any incentive to split stacks? I've noticed it makes no difference as the whole stack will get 100% xp for each unit. I'd think it'd make more sense

Master Archers is mostly for champion bows the way it seems to be implemented. I still think the Master Archers + Great Warrior combo is overpowered. Either the available equipment bows need a reduction in damage or the ability points raised. I could pretty much dominate any game with a few champions with bows. Sovereign can get 3 bow attacks with great warrior, champions get 2 but they can still do a lot of damage before anything gets close. I can pretty much rush to any city and decimate it

I've had similar issues with multiple champions when they are defending city with sovereign where they would resist all attacks with bows (1 champion without any decent stats decimated 7 leveled up champions with bows ) . I would usually snipe the sovereign and retreat. Then after retreating immediately come back and I would see the sovereign alone after it revives, kill and I would just capture city and never see that champion again... So there's also a bug in how garrisoned stacks are
