I believe (not done it) the Paradox Games (Crusader Kings, Europa Universalis, Victoria) have an ability to convert your saves from the end of one to the start of another. There have been one or two RPGs that did so too. The AI problem in the Age of the Internet seems well suited for player contributions. - Either directly by players submitting strategies for inclusion (using a tool to make them relatively easy to convert) - OR indirectly b

UI: I really really really want to have my map point due North by default (gridlines up and down not at a 45 degree angle) COMBAT: I want control over how my units deploy. Putting my new familiar at the front is not funny COMBAT: whole-heartedly agree there should range penalties of some kind. The Beer&pretzel crowd mostly prefer RTS anyway ;-P DOCUMENTATION: All formulae/mechanics should be available to players. I shouldn't have to trawl the net to find the pl
I want the default view to point North not North-East (is it West?)! (should at least be an option) I want to choose my combat formations! (having my new frail familiar start in the front line and die before it acts is not amusing)

This absolutely dwarfs the times I rotate because I want a better view. I've been reminded that Ctrl+Cursors rotates rel
There are features I'd love to see again -cities that "can walk and chew gum"!! - Essence done right (and heroes with their own mana) - Dynasties are probably an expansion rather than a DLC from what people have been saying I'm not keen on the FE tech trees but not completely certain how I'd fix them either. Some of these could best be done as OPTIONS that you can choose to play with or without in any given game (dual-queue ci
Argh! if you're goign to lose my post at least leave it on my computer!! Elemental is a fine brand (FH only a subtitle) Really miss the dual build queues from EWOM (dynasties also nice) Heroes with their own mana is good too. (got dropped in EWOM can't remember FE from my brief play) Initiative was already too important in FE imo. Logarithmic system (if 20=2x10 then 100=2x90) seems the way to go (there's a computer t
