There used to be a bug causing score explosion. I do not know what caused it. I do not know if its still in the game. I do not know if that is what caused it for you. There may also have been (another, not the same) issue with Deorcnysse town causing something like this. At least the Xtra mod description hints at that.
Hey there! Much appreciate the response. That's basically it. So basically its what you are saying... either after you end turn, it takes a LONG time to have it compute till the next turn, OR it will hang. So this is a function of FELH and not xtradeconstruct? would it be even more complicated if one had the mods i had mentioned prior? i'd love to have them back, but the hanging etc.. is pretty bad. XtraDeconstruct: Legacy of Magic works with 2.5.1. You may have to make some minor change/s though. I remember one file may be in need of renaming. And it supplies compatibility with Children of Storm which then also works with 2.5.1. There may be other mods supported by XtraDeconstruct: Legacy of Magic which still work. See the linked forum post for a list of those other mods

Here (#3) is also a complaint about the AI summon bug: https://steamcommunity.com/app/228260/discussions/0/2250055685746263560/
I can not promise when we'll have engineer time for the next patch but we do track this stuff.
Any idea when you will have this engineer time? Its been quite a while now and (from my POV at least) the (re)i

If its not solved you may want to check: 1) PC OS may have some error tracking systems (like Windows Event Viewer) which may have information on what caused it. 2) Get a hardware monitor (this is a software program which provides info about hardware state) and observe GPU (and maybe CPU but GPU is the more likely culprit) temperature.
We do still have active long term support for all of our games including FE.
Ok. So this person ('Draginol'?) who was working on it doesnt anymore. And unfortunately added a new (or re-added an old)

Far as I understand: 1) All tactical summons which use AI for targeting are affected. This includes your own summons if you click on Autocombat button and let the AI handle your troops. 2) This cant be fixed with mods. 3) There is a small (maybe 10%?) chance that an attempted summon will work. See discussion at the end of this thread for more details: https:
I have a good understanding of LH modding, What do you mean by a mirror self spell and how do you do that?
The basic principle would be to just use the summon monster code and name it "Mirror" instead of "Summon". I do not think its possible to make a simple generic "mirror self" spell. But it should be possible to make a "Mirror Self(Wolf)" spell and a "Mirror Self (Timberwarg)" spell and give it to the Wolf

Only thing which I know which could be done is to make a 'mirror self' spell for one (or more) specific creature types. Other than that I am not aware of anything like a mirror spell being in the game. I think the xml targeting code doesnt even allow for it as you would have to target a creature to mirror and a tile to summon it to.
So what ultimately killed my love for this game was finding out monsters ignore the AI in the wild. I was playing many games thinking the monsters would attack my enemies, only to be surprised when they did not.
In 2.5.1 (and earlier also) monsters do attack the AI to some degree. Except for Tarth (at least units I think) which has a special trait to prevent this. But supposedly at higher (world?) difficulty s

I just wrote an Email to support and the return mail said to post here instead. It also said "You will be well served there." so I expect that now. As you dont seem to visit the GOG forums I will post this here instead. In this thread there is a list of bugs described: https://www.gog.com/forum/fallen_enchantress/felh_251_bug_list . And there is also this older thread <a hre
