Hi. I've created a .png taskbar - basically a long rectangle with rounded edges on a transparent background - and I've learned how to lock it's size from the developer's guide. No matter how many programs are open and icons appear, the bar always stays the same size. I hate to ask a naive question, but have you purchased WindowBlinds? You have to have the program in order to use a .wba file. If you have WindowBlinds installed, then when you open it, a dialog box will appear, giving you choices such as "install skin from disk" or "install skin from web", allowing you to install the XPCorona windowblind file into your windowblind library.
