shldnt stardock or the developer or publisher fix this bug?!

i uninstalled both games.i redownloaded sr2 and then reboot. i verified the install of sr2- said it was installed correctly. then i downloaded reboot and verified it and again it said it was installed correctly. i launched reboot and it said- this ap failed to start because d3dx9_31.dll was not found. reinstaling may fix the problem.- but the game launches anyway. still u can not select the box for planetary battles on the main start screen and in the game cant select the planetary missions eith

I just finished the whole 860.16 download and its says download invalid! have to retry and do it all over again! :( it better work this time- not fair u have to use impulse which just went up and may not wotk perfect yet...
i noticed there is an update for SPR2 from 1.30.001 to 1.30.003, do we need to update it first before the expansion?
why cant u use stardock to download it? i bought it with tokens and it not on there. also i put in serial number and its says its invalid.
The Space Rangers 2 expansion is coming on Tuesday! (June 17th)? What time on tues? 12:00 am? eastern,central,mountain?
