Reply to 1.07 Patch - Now CTD when I attempt to launch - SOLVED! in War of Magic Elemental Forums

I am in a similar situation. I am getting a CTD when I save a new sovereign. It's kinda weird; I am min/maxing to get a strong spellcaster with a lot of movement and it's crashing every time. However, it did not crash one of the times. I'll keep tinkering and see if I can find a pattern. Until then, here's my debug.err. There was no dump.bin. debug.err: http://pastebin.ca/1931545

Using diplo to "spy" AI tech: flaw in gameplay? in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

This is not a bug per se, but I do think it deserves a bit of attention. In the diplomacy screen, I can happily scroll through all of the AI's tech. This means that I don't have to spend a dime on espionage, or find out "the hard way" what military techs the AI uses. This strikes me as a bit of a flaw. How am I supposed to be afraid of the Drengin or Yor when I know exactly what they're going to hit me with? How am I supposed to feel the
