I fully support this idea. Lords of Magic was a really fun game.

I would simply like to state that I oppose the whole governor idea with all my heart, though I do vote yes for the satelite expansion idea. But the only things the whole succesion idea would make me do is either function in a constant state of war against anyone who took my cities from me, or just refuse to marry out at all and completely ignore the dynasty system, as while heroes are nice I refuse to risk my cities for the chance of getting a good one. This idea has my vote. Maybe you could have ports as well? Coastal villages pretty much, but it would let you make trading routes over the water even for cities that have no coastal connection, as well as serving as a place to put armies on transport ships and such.

When I start the game from impulse nothing happens and when I try to run the game from the start menu I get this error meseage. "This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. reinstalling the application may fix this problem." The path referenced when this pops up is C:\Program Files\Stardock Games\Elemental\Elemental.exe I am running Windows XP and have NVIDia GeForce 8300 GS card. Any advice? </p
