That's great!
Thanks. The program is a quick hack as I found myself doing these simple tasks over and over and over in Corel. Especially for animated cursor frames. The source is not pretty by any means but it's functioning for me. ;) Here is the completed POV-Ray raytraced cursor set I made: http://www.rw-designer.com/cursor-set/roswell-3d

In my working with cursors and icons recently, I've had the need to be able to process images created outside of cursor and image editors so they can be imported. I wrote IC Warlock in C# (source code and project files included) to help with cropping, resizing, and aligning images to common icon and cursor dimensions. It includes the ability to automatically outline shapes, and convert background color of an image to transparent (denoted by pixel color at 0,0), etc.

Being a Windows Home user, I might be forced to update when it is pushed by Microsoft. Or Win10 Home people can follow similar instructions on getting Group User Editor installed and make the appropriate settings. I am looking into this atm. I've seen these instructions in various reputable sites. Just being certain I get the correct files to install. Also, having a valid GUE on Win10 Home would be a befit aside from this issue. update: Futzing around, I now have a
Just out of curiosity...did you check 'this image uses transparency' (I think that's what it says. Been going over the WB tutorial Kitty made). I dunno...
I did. I have tried various permutations without any success. TGA, BMP with Magenta, Transparency on, off. Reboots. Still only showing desktop through and not the taskbar background image as it was before. It's not a show stopper f

The start menu bug disappeared again. Not sure how / why. I'll just chalk it up to 'one of those things' and will try to find out what I did to straighten it out next time it happens. I have corrected the task bar height bug on one of my skins. Once it has been tested with 10.6, I will reupload. The transparency problem with the gripped on the taskbar is still there. I've tried using the 'magic pink' and a TGA alpha channel without effect.

Unloaded WB 10.6 and Start Menu misalignments persist. So this might be an issue with Start10, and not WB. All Programs section askew.

10.6 is doing funny things to my skins. The task bars are too tall. Images that should be transparent are showing the desktop in the transparent area instead of the object behind it. Start Menu items are all over the place like I had before, even with AV disabled. 1) Taskbar from 6502 skin. The "Rebar Gripper" is showing the desktop instead of the taskbar background. <img src="http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y299/codewar/WB%20-%20SKS/taskbar.png" alt="6502 Taskbar" widt

I still haven't recieved the March Stardock Magazine. And it's 3 days till April. :D Couldn't this be something that can be viewed online instead of via email? It would save time of sending them out to everyone and such if it were just posted in a blog or something.

I'd like to reference that as well. Dropbox is an iffy place to permanently share files on. :( I try to host stuff on an FTP or similar server.
The cap'n has spoken! Hey starkers. Cyberpunk......never heard of it. Care to share?
For me, Cyberpunk is best represented by the movies Bladerunner, Johny Mnemonic, Matrix; novels by William Gibson; R. Talsorian Games pencil-and-paper RPG Cyberpunk 2020; many elements of Funcom's MMORPG Anarchy Online. My blind is mostly concentrating on my concept of Cyberspace as depicted in the abov

I'm doing most of the work in 3D right now. Currently programming the models for the icons. I'm not using modelling software, just old school text based descriptive POV-Ray ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/POV-Ray ). Once I'm happy with the work, I will apply it all to WindowBlinds, Icon Packager, Theme Manager, or whatever I need to put it all together with.

I kept the Object Desktop Manager installed. I just checked my update history. It wasn't an update from Microsoft. I believe now that some components of SD software being sandboxed / blocked by my anti-virus. I have corrected it.

I was running the latest version of both (no updates available via the in software update tools). I have just uninstalled all Stardock software from my system for the time being as it was making my system unusable. I will try it again at a later date. I am not blaming Stardock software for my problems. I believe it's Microsoft pushing out incompatible updates. As it's the main OS I use, I need it to work.. I feel my days as a Windows user is coming to an end. I run va

I am not sure what happened, but I think there might have been an update to windows that has messed up my Start Menu while using WindowBlinds and/or Start10. I am missing my shut down buttons and the program lists on the left and right hand side are all out of place. I've tried several skins and the issue presists with all of them. Reboots and unloading / relaunching WB did not corrent the error.
